The African Journal of Leadership and Development (AJOLD) invites scholars, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to submit original and unpublished manuscripts for Volume 11, Issue No. 1, scheduled for publication in June 2026.

AJOLD is a peer-reviewed, bi-annual academic journal, published in June and December, dedicated to advancing high-quality scholarship on leadership, governance, and development, with a strong focus on Africa and comparative global perspectives.
