About the Journal
The ARSU Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies (AJIS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Amhara Region State University (ARSU). The journal promotes high-quality research that integrates perspectives across disciplines, encouraging innovative approaches to complex local, regional, and global challenges.
The journal particularly welcomes contributions that connect fields such as political economy and development, public management and governance, project management and development practice, conflict, peace, and security studies, interdisciplinary approaches to governance and stability, regional and comparative perspectives, sustainable development and environmental governance, globalization, regional integration, and international relations; innovation, technology, and digital transformation; human rights, justice, and inclusive governance; humanitarian studies and crisis management; leadership and communication; institutional culture, capacity building, and knowledge systems; and the economy–security nexus.
