Editorial Policy

Peer review policy

The AfSol Journal follows a double-blind peer-review policy. That is, reviewers’ identities are concealed from the authors, and vice versa, throughout the review process.

Note for authors:

Originality and plagiarism: The author(s) should make sure that a manuscript is written entirely in an original way, and if the author(s) use(s) the work of others, it should be properly acknowledged. A text similarity above 10% will be considered as plagiarism.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest: Manuscript submissions must include disclosure of all relationships that may be viewed as presenting a potential conflict of interest. This may include employment, consultancies, honoraria, and grants or other funding. A summary declaration of interest statement should be placed in the title page file but not in the manuscript file. If there are no interests to declare, please state: 'Declarations of interest: none'.
