The study used a descriptive survey research design with a quantitative method. Data was generated from 324 graduating students of the two institutions. The data was collected from the respondents via a questionnaire. Correlation and linear regression were employed in the analysis of data. The study reveals that there are strong associations among guidance service, students’ social adjustment, discipline observance, and academic achievement.
