Abdo Beshir and Fikadu Kassa examined Ethiopia's conflict early warning systems, recommending standardization and community engagement to improve police responses. Kassa Moges assessed customer satisfaction with the Ethio-Djibouti Railway, identifying strengths in reliability and cleanliness but weaknesses in staff service and payment convenience. Abeje Ewunetu evaluated the Urban Local Government Development Program's moderate success in job creation and livelihoods, recommending its expansion to non-supported towns. Finally, Solomon Molla explored the impact of illicit trade on tax revenue in Ethiopia, advocating regulatory reforms and incentives to formalize trade. These studies offer valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners.
